Youth of nowadays have taken hard drugs as a way to get away from their day to day struggle or having fun. And this will turned our Next Generation into a Generations of Addicts.
The rate of crime in the Nigeria is greatly increased due to the drugs intake, which is gradually affecting their health and physiologically affecting their mind and influencing their thoughts and attitude.
Some even use drugs as a way of killing depression and they later end up hurting people because their body system has gone beyond normal: They behave abnormally and end up committing crimes such as rape, domestic violence and the likes.
What is the dark mistake in taking hard drugs?
Many people do not know the implications of hard drugs because of the pleasure which it gives them.
They want to get high for pleasure or sometimes to stop depression while some are aware of the dangers but still end up taking them.
But what they fail to realize is that these drugs are very harmful, health wise for example, taking too much of India hemp, Cigarette, Cocaine, Tramadol, Codeine and the likes affect the kidney and also the heart.
It also affects the memory, attention and decision-making, which makes daily living more difficult and stressful.
People often make dark mistakes that sometimes cannot be corrected or even very difficult to correct.
How does hard drugs relate with cases of domestic violence, assaults or rape?
The use of hard drugs causes psychological breakdown and affects an individual’s mood and attitude, and may want to take it on any available individual, especially if he is married.
It’s has been statistically proven that In 2015, an estimated 43.4 million (17.9 percent) adults ages 18 and older experienced some form of mental illness (other than a developmental or substance use disorder).
Of these, 8.1 million had both a substance use disorder and another mental illness.
People who take drugs are very temperamental, easily angered, and violent, which makes them easily involved in cases of rape, domestic violence, assaults, molestation, and even child abuse.
Another statistics prove shows that 11 million women have been sexually assaulted or raped in the process of been drugged, raped and drunk.
To avoid making dark mistakes that are in-correctable, it is advisable you stop the use of any form of drugs for your health benefits and for a free and healthy living.
